These Terms of Service govern your use of the Salescomm product demonstration service.

Service Description

Salescomm provides AI-powered appointment booking software for salons. Our demo service allows prospective customers and partners to experience our conversational booking assistant via SMS. Demo conversations simulate the booking experience but do not create real appointments.

Consent to Receive Messages

By texting our demo number, you consent to receive:

Demo responses from our AI booking assistant
Follow-up messages within your demo session

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your demo interaction.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information for bookings
Honor scheduled appointments or cancel in advance per salon policy
Not use the service for unlawful purposes

Demo Limitations

This is a demonstration service:

No real appointments are created
No real salon services are booked
Demo data is used for product improvement

Limitation of Liability

Salescomm provides this demo service "as is." We are not liable for any issues arising from demo use.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
